Artist's Comments
This is my work for the Valentine's Day contest. It's colored with color pencils and pro markers for a smooth touch.
The work itself is the parody of 'Meet Me in St. Louis', which sets its setting in 1900's city of St. Louis and the movie came out in 1940's. Teen Marge is Esther Smith and Teen Homer would be John. I chose to do this since I was in the play of it back in 2004 and I had a lot of fun playing... motorman of the trolley. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
